Spring Equinox Retreat

It was on the 25th and 26th of March, and as usual every year, in the months of March and September, we held another Retreat on the Spring Equinox, under the title,
Which nullifies my emotional intelligence.

Inserted in the mountain, the place chosen for our base, was Boticas Hotel Art & SPA 4* in Boticas, district of Vila Real, where good mood and good energy reigned. Consisting of activities in the classroom and in the middle of nature, this retreat was the perfect moment, energetically, for releasing pressure and physical, emotional and spiritual rejuvenation.
