The REHC training represented a great change in the mentality and attitudes in terms of human resources in our organization. In a structure like ours, it is not always easy to work as a team and the lack of communication can sometimes jeopardize success, objectives and goals to be achieved.
With this training, the workers felt that they should change their behavior in their day-to-day work in order to help the organization grow and feel happy with their work. I felt, as General Director of a group of companies and different activities, that the REHC training was very important, as the result was immediate, allowing the catapult to other dynamics, more effective, more effective and, above all, more assertive.
