Prisoners of the Porto Chain of Custody begin the REHC Training Program in Emotional Intelligence.

REHC Esperança, a solidarity department of the company REHC, started this Wednesday, the 15th, a Training Program in Emotional Intelligence, taught and under the guidance of Margarida Monteiro, based on the REHC® methodology, aimed at the Prisoners of the Establishment Prisional do Porto – Custóias, in partnership with the Pastoral Unit at the service of the Prison Communities of the Prison Establishment of Porto – Custóias, S. Cruz do Bispo Feminino and the Judiciary Police.

The objectives in this first phase will be to connect the Prisoners from the inside out, awakening and promoting the use of tools for the contextualization of their day-to-day life and, at the same time, teaching how to create mechanisms for Emotional Self-management and Self- motivation, for the length of time spent in prison, but above all for post-internment.

Part of this Esperança REHC team, highlighted for the Prisons, are Margarida Monteiro (founder of REHC), Abel Cláudio Pereira (CEO of REHC), Maria Fernandes, Maria Sofia Amaral, Rosalina Santos, Silvia Araújo and Paula Santos.
